We’ve been to Rhodes a couple of times but only really stayed in our... read more hotel or Rhodes old town.. so we found the buggy experience a brilliant way to see Rhodes from a completely different view, as well as having the thrill of off-roading. The experience is a mix of scenic road driving and proper off-roading, near steep mountain edges and over really rough terrain. Our guide was attentive and made sure everyone was comfortable and confident, and the little farm stop was a really nice touch. You’ll need plenty of grit and concentration, so make sure you get a decent breakfast! It’s super dusty but you can buy a mask - which we wore right up over our heads practically (quite the sight) to protect from the dust.
Lastly, the Soroni (the starting point) is south of Diagoras airport, so it takes about 30-40 mins from Rhodes Old Town, and make sure you get the driver to pick you up as you might be in for a bit of a wait.

The tour has a personal touch and very comfortable. I joined the similar tour in Turkey before, but this tour is 1000% better:)
